At Slingshot, we think it's only fair that customers get to keep their unused monthly broadband data each month. So we've created ROLLOVER DATA on all our new Broadband Plans... which means every month your unused data rolls over into the next month and builds up over the year.
WHAT IS ROLLOVER?
With Data ROLLOVER, any broadband data you don't use in one month will rollover to the next... and won't expire for a full 12 months! This means you get to keep all your unused data every month for the rest of the year.

HOW DO I GET ROLLOVER?
ROLLOVER is available on any of our new Broadband plans (excluding Broadband UNLIMITED). Sign-up now to a great-value ROLLOVER plan or if you're already with Slingshot you can upgrade your existing plan in My Account. CLICK HERE to see our Bigger + Better Broadband plans with Rollover.
Unused data in any month expires 12 months after it was accumulated.
Unused data cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
Customers who upgrade or downgrade their broadband plan (or bundle) will have any and all unused accumulated data removed from their account.
Customers who’s services are suspended due to non-payment will have any and all unused accumulated data removed from their account.
Offer applies to new Homeline and Broadband customers on the Better network only.
A 12 month contract and early termination fee of $199 applies to early disconnections.

What is ROLLOVER? With Slingshot ROLLOVER your unused monthly data won’t expire for a full 12 months. Any unused data you do have will accumulate from month-to-month throughout the year.

When does my ROLLOVER data expire? Your ROLLOVER data will only expire after 12 months. For example, if you had 10GB of unused data at the end of this month it’ll roll over into the next… and keep doing so until you use it up or it expires in a years’ time.
If I change my broadband plan, what happens to my ROLLOVER data? If you change to any other broadband plan, any ROLLOVER data you’ve accumulated will disappear.
What happens if I cancel my account or my services are suspended e.g. for non-payment? If your broadband service is cancelled at your request or suspended for non-payment, then any data you’ve accumulated will be deleted.
How do I see how much ROLLOVER data I’ve accumulated? You can see how much ROLLOVER data you’ve got by logging into My Account ‘My Internet’ ‘Manage My Data Usage’. You can also check in what months you’ve accumulated your data and when it expires.
Can I see how I’ve accumulated my ROLLOVER data? Log into My Account ‘My Internet’ ‘Manage My Data Usage’. This is where you can see how and when you’ve accumulated your ROLLOVER data (month-by-month) and when your data will expire.
What is the difference between ROLLOVER and DATA BANKING? ROLLOVER means that your unused monthly data gets added to your next month’s data allowance, and won’t expire for a full 12 months. DATA BANKING on the other hand means that any additional data blocks you’ve purchased won’t expired for 12 months. This data is in addition to your standard Broadband plan.
What happens to my ROLLOVER data if I move house? Moving house won’t affect your ROLLOVER data.
In what order is all my data used up? Simple… the data included in your Broadband plan gets used up first (including ROLLOVER data) before you start using any additional data blocks you may have purchased.
