  You Need To Know

  Calling Packs cost an additional $5 per month if you don’t have a Slingshot Homeline. Calls are charged per minute or part thereof. Any unused minutes will not carry across to the next month. Includes calls made any time of the day or night. Calls to mobiles are only included in Big Mouth 3 Calling Packs and only if specifically mentioned. If the 100 hour limit is exceeded, our standard per-minute rates will apply until more minutes are allocated after your bill date. Individual calls have a limit of 2 hours, if exceeded our standard per-minute rates will apply for the portion exceeding two hours. We reserve the right to disconnect or charge our standard per-minute rates if activity is inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns and excludes activities such as auto-dialling, continuous call-forwarding, telemarketing, call centres, fax or voicemail broadcasting. The service must not be re-sold. Only applies to Slingshot direct-dial calling.

A 12-month contract and early termination fee of $50 applies to the early cancellation of your Slingshot Homeline and "Talk Longer" or "Talk-A-Lot" tolls pack. The use of Telecom services such as 0161, 059 and 018 Directory will incur additional charges on your Slingshot account. Slingshot Homeline customers must use Slingshot direct dial tolls. There is a $52 new connection charge if you don't have an active line at your address.
