Frequently asked questions

Moving services is usually free. If there are any costs involved we will let you know in advance. A new 12 month term will apply from the date you are connected.

In most cases, you can keep using the modem you have but, if a new one is needed, we will courier it out to you before you connect.

We ask that you give us at least 10 days notice so that we can have everything set up on the day of your move so you can plug in your modem and go!

Yes, you can keep the same home-line number if the new house is classified under the same exchange. We will always request that the number stay the same and will let you know in advance if it does need to change.
